Toddler Unit: 1-3 years

Parents/Guardians and their children are invited to visit the toddler rooms with their key worker who co-ordinate a gradual transition so minimising disruption to the child.

The emphasis in the Toddler room is on small family groups with a key carer responsible for each child.

Specific activities are offered to encourage interaction, co-operation and independence. The Emphasis is on fun. Children are given a range of opportunities and materials to explore:
Ø Sand and water
Ø Construction toys
Ø Role playing
Ø Outside play with safety surfaces and equipment
