It is the policy of Children 1st @ Breedon House to staff all our rooms in an appropriate manner offering specific and relevant training .

On induction staff are introduced to the appropriate policies and procedures and work alongside existing experienced staff.

A 1: 3 or 1:4  staff ratio is observed at all times depending on the ages of our toddlers

 Vision panels are positioned in all room areas to allow constant supervision and monitoring.

Qualified staff are always in attendance.
