It is the policy of Children 1st @ Breedon House to staff our Pre-school rooms in an appropriate manner offering specific and relevant training .

On induction staff are introduced to the appropriate pre-school policies and procedures and work alongside existing experienced staff, inclusive of qualified teachers and early years practitioners.

A 1: 8 ratio is observed at all times.

Room areas have been designed to allow staff to supervise and observe children at all times whilst at their chosen activity.
