It is the policy of Children 1st @ Breedon House to staff our out of school areas in an appropriate manner offering specific and relevant training .

On induction staff are introduced to the appropriate out of school policies and procedures and work alongside existing experienced staff, inclusive of qualified playworkers

A 1: 8 ratio is observed at all times.

Room areas have been designed to allow staff to supervise and observe children at all times whilst at their chosen activity.
