In the first instance, take up the issue with the Nursery Manager. If the matter is not resolved, which is unlikely, please feel free to contact one of the following people, who will arrange to meet with you:

Julia Mason – Operational Manager Customer Relations/Individual Needs
Alice Houldsworth - Early Years/Safeguarding

It is hoped our complaints procedure which takes the following format will resolve all identified issues.
- A meeting will be arranged with the Manager to discuss, and resolve the situation as soon as possible.
- If unresolved a second meeting will be arranged with Senior Management – Operations.

In the unlikely event that Children 1st are unable to resolve the issues identified to a successful conclusion then it is your right to terminate your child’s place with the nursery forthwith without giving a months notice
