Children 1st @ Breedon House promotes a positive attitude to good nutrition in order to help children develop healthy eating patterns.
Careful consideration is given to planning menus, which offer a balanced, nutritious and appropriate diet.
Menu’s are displayed in our reception area.
Our cooks endeavour to prepare interesting dishes and mealtimes are always happy, social occasions, where good manners are encouraged and introduced by staff, who provide good role models.
We cater for individual dietary requirements and have a Special Dietary Needs procedure that staff adhere to when caring for children with special dietary needs and allergies.
Prior to admission to the nursery, all relevant information with regard to the special requirement will have been sought to ensure that the needs are met within the nursery.
Infants from three months are able to join us in nursery and parents are asked to share the responsibility for the preparation of all formulas, feeds and dietary needs of babies under six months.
The nursery manager will be willing to discuss any concerns you may have about your child’s diet.
