Non-Compliance
Should a parent effect a non-compliance of any of our policies, the following procedure will follow:
- A meeting will be arranged with the Unit Manager to discuss, and hopefully resolve the situation.
- If unresolved a second meeting will be arranged with senior management.
- In cases of continued non-compliance Children 1st @ Breedon House reserve the right to give notice of termination of the nursery place.
At all times, the management reserves the right to insist on a child being removed from the nursery in cases where staff and children in attendance could be at risk; eg, due to infectious illness.
We trust, however that we will continue to develop relationships with parents which allow both parties to resolve issues without needing to resort to the above procedure.
