The children in Peter Rabbits and early years at St Peter & St Paul's nursery celebrated Brown Bears 4th Birthday last week as part of this term's topic "Ourselves!"

During the week the children made decorations for the celebrations and baked buns for the tea party. The children were invited to bring their own teddy along to join in with the celebration. Friday afternoon was the day of the party where all the children joined in with all the party games, singing happy birthday and giving brown bear a big cheer!

The children chose the music and played musical statues  before sitting down for the teddy bear picnic and eating the yummy cakes we'd baked earlier in the week.

It was then home time for the tired little teddy bears!
